Privacy
Short version: answers you enter into the screening tools are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us, stored in a database, or associated with an account. This page explains that and what ordinary website hosting involves.
Screening-tool answers
The screening guide, PSA guide and bone-health guide run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent in network requests, form submissions, cookies, local storage, the web address, email links or analytics events. There are no accounts. Start over clears the visible and hidden answers and the results. Browsers can sometimes restore form contents when you navigate back or reopen a tab, so on a shared device use Start over or close the browser window when you are done.
Ordinary hosting data
This site is hosted on third-party infrastructure (Netlify). Like any website, hosting and security systems may automatically process ordinary technical request information — such as IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested and timestamps — to serve and protect the site. Interactive health answers are not included in those requests. We do not control the hosting provider's log retention; it is governed by their policies.
Third-party requests, analytics and cookies
The site uses system fonts and does not request fonts or scripts from other services. It does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, session replay, chat widgets or automatic form handling, and it does not set cookies. It stores no preferences in your browser. If this changes, this page will be updated first.
Printing
The Print button is local and user-initiated. A printout can contain the answers you entered; keep it private.

If you email admin@myhealtheapp.com about a correction, we use your message only to review and reply. Please do not send personal health information.
A note on scope
Whether privacy laws such as PIPEDA or Ontario's PHIPA apply depends on who operates a service and what it does, not on the technology alone. This page describes what the site does; it is not a legal compliance statement. The owner has been advised to obtain an appropriate Ontario legal and privacy review.
